Je werkt voornamelijk aan particuliere onderhoudsprojecten en krijgt te maken met verschillende woningen en ondergronden. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Binnen- en buitenschilderwerk; - Schuren, plamuren, gronden en aflakken; - Voorbereiden en beoordelen van ondergronden; - Schilderen van kozijnen, deuren, wanden en plafonds; - Klein herstelwerk en houtrotreparaties; - Kitwerk en het herstellen van slechte aansluitingen; - Werken met verschillende verfproducten en materialen; - Zorgvuldig en netjes opleveren van het uitgevoerde werk. Bijzonder aan deze functie is dat je leert om verder te kijken dan alleen het schilderwerk. Wanneer verf loslaat door bijvoorbeeld houtrot, slechte kitnaden of andere bouwkundige problemen, wordt ook naar de oorzaak gekeken. Zo ontwikkel je jezelf tot een vakman die een woning écht kan verbeteren. Wat wij bieden - Een bruto maandsalaris vanaf € 2.840, dat kan oplopen tot € 3.963 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring; - Bij goed functioneren uitzicht op een vast contract; - Pensioenopbouw via BPF Schilders; - Twee trainingen of cursussen per jaar, bijvoorbeeld glaszetten, houtrot of VCA; - Deelname aan het Faber spaarprogramma voor leuke cadeaus en uitjes; - Een jaarlijkse zomer- en winterborrel; - Persoonlijke begeleiding en oprechte aandacht; - Afwisselende projecten in Bolsward en omgeving; - De mogelijkheid om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen het vak.
