Dat doen wij voor particulieren, woningcorporaties, VvE's en aannemers die gewoon willen dat het werk goed en netjes wordt uitgevoerd. Onze projecten zijn breed en afwisselend: van het opfrissen van een woning in bewoonde staat tot het schilderen van complete wooncomplexen, trappenhuizen en buitenschillen van gebouwen. Soms werk je alleen met een collega aan een kleinere klus, en soms sta je met een team op een groter project. We werken met een vaste groep mensen die elkaar kennen en weten wat ze aan elkaar hebben. Geen ingewikkelde organisatie, maar gewoon duidelijk werken, afspraken nakomen en zorgen dat het resultaat klopt. De Baan Als schilder ga je aan de slag op verschillende projecten in en rondom Zutphen. Je werk is afwisselend en praktisch: de ene dag werk je binnen aan wanden, plafonds en kozijnen, en de volgende dag ben je buiten bezig met onderhoud aan gevels, deuren en houtwerk. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit het volledige schilderproces: voorbewerken, schuren, plamuren, kitten, sauzen, lakken en waar nodig houtrot herstellen. Je zorgt ervoor dat het werk netjes wordt opgebouwd en dat het eindresultaat strak en duurzaam is. Je werkt samen met collega's en hebt regelmatig contact met bewoners of opdrachtgevers. Dat betekent dat je niet alleen goed werk levert, maar ook normaal communiceert en netjes werkt op locatie.
