Omschrijving Als Allround Onderhoudsschilder ben je zelfstandig of in teamverband verantwoordelijk voor het binnen- en buitenschilderwerk van woningen, bedrijfspanden en monumentale panden. Jouw taken bestaan onder andere uit: - Het voorbereiden van de ondergrond (wassen, schuren, krabben, branden en plamuren). - Het uitvoeren van kleine houtrotherstel en houtrepairs. - Het strak aanbrengen van grond-, tussen- en aflaklagen (met kwast, roller of spuitapparatuur). - Eventueel glas zetten indien je daar ervaring mee hebt. - Klantvriendelijke communicatie op de locatie bij bewoners en opdrachtgevers.
