Als schilder werk je samen met je collega’s aan uiteenlopende onderhouds- en renovatieprojecten voor VvE’s en woningcorporaties. Je werkt aan woningen, appartementencomplexen en andere gebouwen en zorgt ervoor dat deze er weer verzorgd en representatief uitzien.Je houdt je bezig met werkzaamheden zoals het voorbereiden van ondergronden, schuren, gronden en aflakken. Daarnaast voer je waar nodig kleine houtrotreparaties en andere herstelwerkzaamheden uit. Met jouw vakmanschap zorg je niet alleen voor een strak eindresultaat, maar bescherm je woningen en gebouwen ook tegen weer, wind en slijtage.Je werkt in een klein, hecht team en bent voornamelijk bezig met gevelonderhoud bij bewoners thuis. Hierdoor heb je veel contact met bewoners en ben jij het representatieve en vriendelijke gezicht van het bedrijf. Je komt terecht in een informele werkomgeving waar collega's voor elkaar klaarstaan, samenwerken vanzelfsprekend is en een gezellige sfeer – vaak met een muziekje op de achtergrond – de werkdag compleet maakt.
