We houden ons dagelijks bezig met schilderwerk en onderhoud van woningen en gebouwen, zowel binnen als buiten. Dat varieert van particuliere huizen tot kleine renovaties voor een woningcorporatie of restauratie van een oude kerk. Ook kantoorruimtes van lokale ondernemers en gemeenschapscentra van stichtingen komen voorbij. Op de werkvloer heerst een praktische sfeer. We helpen elkaar en maken grapjes: "Schilders zijn geen tovenaars, maar we maken het er wel mooi uitzien." Onze opdrachten lopen uiteen. De ene week schilderen we een woonkamer, de andere week werken we aan een trapportaal of restaureren we een historische deur. Alles wat met schilderen, schilderwerk, renovatie en restauratie te maken heeft, doen we. De Baan Als schilder bij ons start je de dag met het opbouwen van steigers of het klaarmaken van de hoogwerker. Daarna duiken we in het echte werk: voorbewerken van oppervlakken, houtrotreparaties uitvoeren en onderhoud of renovatie van kozijnen en deuren. We gronden, lakken af en zorgen dat elk stukje schilderwerk strak en netjes wordt afgewerkt. Geen dag is hetzelfde: soms werk je buiten, soms binnen met kleinere reparaties of kitten van naden. En ja, het enige dat harder kan vallen dan een kwast van een steiger, is een klant die ineens van kleur wil veranderen. Maar daar leer je snel mee omgaan! Bij ons ben je een echte allround schilder: van houtrot aanpakken tot het laatste laagje verf, wij zorgen dat alles professioneel én netjes wordt afgewerkt.
