Of heb je al ervaring binnen het onderhoudsschilderwerk en wil je jezelf verder ontwikkelen? Voor diverse opdrachtgevers in de regio Weert zijn wij op zoek naar gemotiveerde onderhoudsschilders die met precisie en vakmanschap werken aan uiteenlopende projecten. Als onderhoudsschilder draag je bij aan het behoud en de uitstraling van woningen, appartementen en bedrijfspanden. Je werkt in een afwisselende functie waarbij geen project hetzelfde is. Wat ga je doen? Als onderhoudsschilder voer je verschillende schilderwerkzaamheden uit aan bestaande gebouwen. Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als samen met collega's en bent verantwoordelijk voor een nette en duurzame afwerking. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Uitvoeren van binnen- en buitenschilderwerk. - Voorbehandelen van ondergronden door te reinigen, schuren, plamuren en gronden. - Lakken, sauzen en afwerken van kozijnen, deuren, gevels en andere oppervlakken. - Herstellen van houtrot en uitvoeren van kleine onderhoudsreparaties. - Controleren van de kwaliteit van het uitgevoerde schilderwerk. - Werken volgens de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen. - Zorgdragen voor een veilige, schone en georganiseerde werkplek. Wie zoeken wij? Wij zoeken een schilder met oog voor detail die graag kwalitatief werk aflevert en plezier haalt uit een perfect eindresultaat. Wij vragen: - Aantoonbare ervaring als onderhoudsschilder of allround schilder. - Een zelfstandige en nauwkeurige werkhouding. - Ervaring met verschillende schildertechnieken en materialen. - In het bezit van een VCA-certificaat of bereid dit via ons te behalen. - Rijbewijs B; eigen vervoer is een pré. - Een representatieve uitstraling en klantgerichte instelling. - Woonachtig in de regio Weert of bereid hier te werken.
