Elke dag werken we met trots aan het onderhouden, verbeteren en verfraaien van woningen en gebouwen. We doen dit voor woningcorporaties, VvE's en andere vaste opdrachtgevers. Dat betekent: afwisselend werk, duidelijke afspraken en projecten waar je écht iets moois van maakt. Bij ons draait het om vakmanschap, samenwerken en gewoon goed werk leveren zonder gedoe. De Baan Als schilder in Drachten ga je aan de slag met uiteenlopende onderhouds- en renovatieprojecten. De ene dag ben je binnen bezig met strak schilderwerk, de andere dag werk je buiten op hoogte aan groot onderhoud. Je werkzaamheden zijn afwisselend en bestaan uit voorbewerken, schuren, kitten, sauzen, lakken en houtrotreparaties. Je werkt vaak samen met collega's en hebt regelmatig contact met bewoners. Functie Eisen - Je hebt schilderservaring of je bent bereid om deze via SchilderMeesters op te doen; - In het bezit zijn van een VCA certificaat is mooi meegenomen; - Je weet wat het is om een harde werker te zijn en je houdt van resultaat in je werk; - Je bent leergierig en altijd bereid om nieuwe dingen te leren en op te pakken; - Als het moet kun je zelfstandig werken maar je bent er ook niet vies van om in een gezellig team te werken; - Je houdt van afwisseling in je werk en bent niet bang voor hoogtes; - Je bent klantgericht en communicatief sterk (je kunt ook een praatje maken met je schilder collega's); - In het bezit zijn van een rijbewijs is erg handig.
