Je werkt samen in een hecht team aan afwisselende projecten bij particuliere en zakelijke klanten. Daarbij krijg je de kans om je vakmanschap te laten zien of verder te ontwikkelen. Of je nu al ervaring hebt of net komt kijken in het schildersvak, bij ons ben je van harte welkom. Wat ga je doen? Je start de dag met je collega's en bespreekt de planning. Vervolgens ga je aan de slag met het voorbereiden, schuren en schilderen van diverse oppervlakken. Je werkt zorgvuldig en zorgt dat alles er weer top uitziet voor de klant. Ook denk je mee over de beste aanpak en overleg je regelmatig met je team en opdrachtgevers. Persoonlijke ontwikkeling staat centraal en je krijgt de ruimte om nieuwe technieken te leren en door te groeien in het vak. Dit ben jij in een notendop: - Je hebt plezier in je werk en een positieve instelling; - Je hebt een diploma schilderen op mbo niveau 2 of 3, of bent bereid dit te halen; - Je hebt bij voorkeur relevante ervaring in het schildersvak, vooral in service- en onderhoudswerk; - Je bent kwaliteitsgericht en stelt hoge eisen aan je werk; - Je bent communicatief vaardig, representatief en klantvriendelijk; - Heb je nog geen diploma, maar wil je het vak leren?
