Je zorgt ervoor dat woningen, gebouwen en andere panden er weer netjes en verzorgd uitzien. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Schuren, plamuren en voorbewerken van ondergronden; - Gronden en aflakken van verschillende ondergronden; - Uitvoeren van binnen- en buitenschilderwerk; - Herstellen van kleine beschadigingen en houtrot; - Kitwerk en kleine herstelwerkzaamheden; - Werken met verschillende verfsystemen en materialen; - Zelfstandig uitvoeren van werkzaamheden op locatie; - Zorgdragen voor een nette en kwalitatieve oplevering. Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als samen met collega's. Omdat je op verschillende projecten wordt ingezet, is er veel afwisseling in je werk en krijg je de ruimte om jouw vakmanschap iedere dag in de praktijk te brengen. Wat wij bieden Bij Faber vinden we het belangrijk dat jouw vakmanschap goed wordt beloond en dat je kunt blijven groeien. Daarom kun je rekenen op: - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.140 en € 4.260, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en vakbekwaamheid; - Pensioenopbouw via BPF Schilders, zodat je werkt aan een goede financiële basis voor later; - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar bij een fulltime dienstverband; - 8% vakantiegeld, jaarlijks uitbetaald volgens de geldende afspraken; - Uitzicht op een vast dienstverband wanneer het werk en de samenwerking van beide kanten goed bevallen; - Afwisselende schilder- en onderhoudsprojecten in Bolsward en omgeving; - Jaarlijks de mogelijkheid om twee trainingen of cursussen te volgen die passen bij jouw ontwikkeling; - Toegang tot het Faber spaarprogramma,...
