Vacature Schilder Particulier Werk Landgraaf Ben jij een ervaren schilder uit de omgeving van Landgraaf die graag werkt aan particuliere woningen en trots is op strak schilderwerk? Zoek je langdurig werk bij een werkgever die zijn afspraken gewoon nakomt? Dan hebben wij direct mooie projecten voor je beschikbaar.

Voor diverse particuliere schilderprojecten in Landgraaf, Heerlen, Kerkrade, Brunssum, Hoensbroek en omgeving zoeken wij vakbekwame schilders die kwaliteit belangrijk vinden. Geen productiewerk of haastklussen, maar schilderwerk waarbij vakmanschap, nette communicatie en oog voor detail centraal staan.

Sinds 1997 is Flextra gespecialiseerd in het inzetten van ervaren schilders binnen onderhoud, renovatie en particulier schilderwerk. Wij komen zelf uit de branche en weten precies wat een schilder belangrijk vindt: goed werk, duidelijke afspraken en waardering voor vakmanschap.

Wat ga je doen? Als schilder particulier werk houd jij je bezig met:

- Schilderen van particuliere woningen - Binnen- en buitenschilderwerk - Schuren, plamuren en gronden - Lakken van kozijnen, deuren en trappen - Herstel van kleine houtrotbeschadigingen - Kitwerkzaamheden - Sauswerkzaamheden - Opleverpunten en onderhoudswerk

Je werkt vaak bij bewoners thuis. Daarom zoeken wij schilders die niet alleen netjes schilderen, maar ook representatief zijn en prettig communiceren met opdrachtgevers.

Wat verwachten wij van jou? Wij zoeken een schilder die:

- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring heeft als schilder - Ervaring heeft met particulier schilderwerk - Zelfstandig kan werken - Oog heeft voor detail en afwerking - Klantvriendelijk en representatief is - In bezit is van een VCA-certificaat of bereid is dit via Flextra te behalen - Een rijbewijs heeft (pré) - Nederlands spreekt
