Je start met een praktijkgerichte opleiding en leert de fijne kneepjes van het vak direct in de praktijk bij een lokaal schildersbedrijf. Zo word jij een echte vakman of vakvrouw in de schildersbranche. Een verantwoordelijke rol dus, waarin jij: - Je talenten ontwikkelt onder begeleiding van ervaren schilders. - Praktijkervaring opdoet bij diverse projecten. - De basis legt voor een mooie carrière in het schildersvak. - Samen met je collega's zorgt voor strak schilderwerk bij lokale projecten. Wat wij bieden Als onderdeel van Faber, de grootste uitzender voor schilderend Nederland, krijg jij: - Vanaf dag één een goed salaris van €2.206,- bruto per vier weken. - Een volledige opleiding tot schilder, met vier weken theorie en tien weken praktijk. - Persoonlijke coaching door een ervaren schilder. - De mogelijkheid om via Faber kosteloos twee opleidingen per jaar te volgen. - Zekerheid met een jaarcontract of vast dienstverband. - Spaar punten met ons Faber spaarprogramma voor leuke uitjes of gereedschap. - Een gezellig team en leuke activiteiten zoals een zomer BBQ en kerstborrel.
