Je wordt in eerste instantie flexibel ingezet op onze locaties in IJzendoorn, Deest en Zwolle. Je werkt op moderne elektrische zandzuigers en zorgt samen met collega's dat het proces goed blijft draaien. Wat je bij ons doet - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen van de zandzuiger en werkt nauw samen met de operator en uitvoerder - Je bedient de zandzuiger in afstemming met operator en uitvoerder - Je vervangt en ondersteunt collega's op verschillende locaties tijdens verlof en roostervrije dagen - Je draagt bij aan een stabiele productie en goed rendement op de winlocatie - Je voert dagelijks onderhoud uit en ondersteunt bij gepland onderhoud - Je werkt veilig en houdt overzicht in je werkzaamheden - Je werkt op en rond het water en schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende locaties en situaties. Werktijden Je werkt in een overzichtelijk 1,5-ploegensysteem: - 10 werkdagen per 3 weken - Werktijden van 06:30 tot 19:00 uur - De werkdagen zijn doordeweeks en daarnaast heb je regelmatig extra vrij Dit neem jij mee - Je bent flexibel inzetbaar op verschillende locaties - Ervaring als schipper op een zandzuiger (bij voorkeur win- en/of snijkopzuiger) - Ervaring in zand- of grindwinning is mooi meegenomen - Je kunt werken met computers en geautomatiseerde systemen - Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor kwaliteit - Je werkt zelfstandig en bent tegelijk een teamspeler - Je denkt praktisch en in oplossingen Wat je van ons krijgt - Een afwisselende functie met verantwoordelijkheid - Werken in een nuchter en hecht team - Goede arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de CAO Waterbouw - Een prettige werk-privébalans door het ploegensys...
