Jij werkt en bouwt mee aan een toekomst in de mosselkweek op de Waddenzee en/of Oosterschelde. Je bent gemotiveerd om dit vak in de praktijk te willen leren. Daarnaast zie jij vooral kansen om door te willen groeien naar een rol met meer verantwoordelijkheid. Jouw taken Als bemanningslid draai je volledig mee aan boord van onze kotters. Je werkt mee aan alle dagelijkse werkzaamheden aan boord. Daarnaast biedt jij ondersteuning bij kweek-, vis- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden. Je leert in deze rol om te werken met schepen, tuigage en kweekmaterialen. En dit doe je niet alleen, dit doe je samen met het team. Buiten het team werk je ook samen met andere schepen binnen onze vloot. Dit zijn wij Krijn Verwijs is een echt familiebedrijf.
