Bevor unsere LKW quer durch Europa unterwegs sind, beginnt ihre Reise in unserer Werkstatt. Hier wird geschweißt, gebaut, angepasst und verbessert - damit jeder Kilometer sicher und zuverlässig gefahren werden kann. Als Schlosser (m/w/x) bzw. Fahrzeugbauer (m/w/x) bist du ein zentraler Teil dieses Teams: Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Fahrzeuge robust, funktional und einsatzbereit bleiben. Wenn du gerne mit Metall arbeitest, technische Lösungen liebst und ein Umfeld suchst, in dem man zusammen anpackt, bist du bei uns genau richtig. 1 Schlosser_in / Fahrzeugbauer_in

Arbeitsort: Lambach - Zentrale - Österreich

Deine Aufgaben:

* Du führst Schweiß-, Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an Aufliegern, Aufbauten und Fahrzeugkomponenten durch

* Du setzt Umbauten, Verstärkungen und technische Anpassungen nach Vorgabe oder eigener Lösungsidee um

* Du analysierst Schäden, findest die Ursache und behebst sie fachgerecht

* Du führst Metallbearbeitungen wie Schneiden, Bohren, Schleifen oder Biegen durch

* Du arbeitest eng mit Werkstatt, Disposition und Lager zusammen, um reibungslose Abläufe sicherzustellen

* Du dokumentierst deine Arbeiten und sorgst für Ordnung und Sicherheit an deinem Arbeitsplatz

Dein Profil:

* Eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung als Schlosser, Fahrzeugbauer, Metalltechniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Erfahrung im Bereich Schweißen (MAG/WIG) oder Bereitschaft, dich einzuarbeiten

* Freude an handwerklicher Arbeit und technischer Problemlösung

* Eine zuverlässige, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Teamgeist und die Bereitschaft, dort anzupacken, wo du gebraucht wirst

* Sichere Deutschkenntnisse für Arbeitsaufträge und Dokumentation

* Ein Führerschein der Klassen C/E ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss

Der kollektivvertragliche Bruttostundenlohn für diese Position beträgt EUR 12,34 (ohne LAP) bzw. EUR 13,23 (mit LAP). Du strebst nach mehr als dem Mindeststandard? Wir ebenso!
