Voor een bijzondere en beveiligde werklocatie in Oostrum zoeken wij een meewerkend voorwerker. Als voorwerker ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor je collega's op locatie. Je werkt zelf actief mee in de schoonmaak, verdeelt de werkzaamheden en houdt in de gaten of alles goed en netjes wordt uitgevoerd. Je vindt het leuk om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen, houdt overzicht en weet collega's op een prettige manier mee te nemen in het werk. Wat ga je doen? Als meewerkend voorwerker zorg je samen met het team voor een schone en verzorgde locatie. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Collega's begeleiden en aansturen; - Werkzaamheden verdelen binnen het team; - Controleren of het schoonmaakwerk goed wordt uitgevoerd; - Zelf meewerken in de schoonmaak; - Signaleren van bijzonderheden en deze doorgeven; - Zorgen voor een goede samenwerking binnen het team; - Contact houden met de leidinggevende wanneer dat nodig is. Omdat je op een bijzondere en beveiligde locatie werkt, zijn betrouwbaarheid, discretie en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel extra belangrijk. Voor deze functie is een VOG-P vereist. Vereisten - Je hebt ervaring in de schoonmaak en/of als voorwerker; - Je vindt het leuk om collega's te begeleiden en aan te sturen; - Je bent betrouwbaar en werkt zorgvuldig; - Je kunt goed zelfstandig werken; - Je spreekt en begrijpt Nederlands; - Je bent beschikbaar van maandag t/m vrijdag; - Je bent beschikbaar voor 20-30 uur per week; - Je vindt het geen probleem om een VOG-P aan te vragen; - Je bent 21 jaar of ouder.
