Dan is deze combifunctie van meewerkend coördinator in Hoofddorp echt iets voor jou! Wat ga je doen? Als schoonmaak coördinator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van ons schoonmaakteam op een school in Hoofddorp. Je werkt zelf mee in de schoonmaak (10 uur per week) en besteedt daarnaast 2 uur aan coördinatietaken. Denk hierbij aan het maken van de planning, het inwerken van nieuwe collega's, kwaliteitscontroles en het eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor de klant. Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag tussen 7:00 en 19:00 uur. Totaal 25 uur per week. Wat breng je mee? - Je hebt ervaring in de schoonmaak - Je hebt ervaring in leidinggeven - Je kunt collega's op een positieve manier aansturen en motiveren - Je bent verantwoordelijk en klantgericht - Je spreekt en begrijpt de Nederlandse en Engelse taal Heb je ambitie om door te groeien? Doordat wij een groeiende organisatie zijn heb jij de mogelijkheid om je te ontwikkelen en veel te leren. Je krijgt een contract met uiteraard een goed salaris tussen de €16,70 en €18,44 bruto per uur (loongroep 3 cao schoonmaak) en een goede pensioenregeling maar daarnaast hebben we nog meer te bieden: - Schoolvakanties ben je vrij; - Je wordt binnen één jaar aangemeld voor de basisvakopleiding en hebt de mogelijkheid om andere vakgerichte opleidingen te volgen; - 27 vakantiedagen o.b.v. fulltime werk (38 uur); - 8% vakantiegeld; - Reiskostenvergoeding (volgens CAO schoonmaak- en glazenwassersbedrijf); - Eindejaarsuitkering van 5% als je langer dan 6 maanden bij ons werkt; - En een heleboel leuke collega's!
