Hybride werken Bij CSU geloven we dat écht samenwerken begint bij elkaar ontmoeten. Daarom combineren we de voordelen van thuiswerken met de kracht van live verbinding. Als staf- of managementcollega werk je hybride: deels thuis, deels op kantoor. We verwachten dat je minimaal drie dagen per week op kantoor bent (bij fulltime dienstverband). Werk je parttime? Dan zijn dat minimaal twee dagen. Naar wat voor soort werk ben je op zoek? Bij CSU werk je op tijden die passen bij jouw taak, resultaat en verbinding met de organisatie. In de praktijk betekent dit dat je vooral werkt tijdens de reguliere kantoortijden. Wil je als parttimer vaste dagen vrij houden? Dan blijft dat gewoon zo. We geloven in flexibiliteit, maar ook in balans. Daarom hanteren we het uitgangspunt dat een structurele werkweek van vier dagen (of minder) van negen uur (of meer) niet past binnen onze organisatie. Het hybride werken biedt al voldoende ruimte om je werkweek passend te maken bij jouw situatie - met oog voor verbinding, resultaat en welzijn. Moet ik thuiswerken?
