Als kamerschoonmaker zorg je ervoor dat hotelgasten kunnen genieten van een nette, frisse en perfect voorbereide kamer. Jouw taken bestaan uit:

  • Reinigen van hotelkamers volgens de afgesproken kwaliteitsnormen en tijd.
  • Schoonmaken en ontkalken van badkamers, inclusief douche, kraanwerk en spiegels.
  • Opmaken van de bedden volgens de hotelstandaard (strak, fris en netjes).
  • Zorg dragen voor de algemene uitstraling: je zorgt ervoor dat kamers én publieke ruimtes er uitnodigend, ordelijk en verzorgd uitzien.
  • Melden van technische mankementen zoals defecte lampen, lekkende kranen of andere problemen, zodat deze snel kunnen worden opgelost.
  • Fijn oog voor detail: je controleert alles zodat de kamer perfect is voor de volgende gast (handdoeken, amenities, geur, netheid, presentatie).
  • Je werkt volgens duidelijke procedures zodat de kwaliteit voor elke hotelgast gegarandeerd is.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s en supervisors die je begeleiden en ondersteunen.
  • Je start je dag met een duidelijke planning en weet precies wat er van je verwacht wordt.

Gastbeleving

In deze functie draag je rechtstreeks bij aan de gastbeleving. Jij zorgt ervoor dat gasten zich welkom en comfortabel voelen vanaf het moment dat ze de kamer binnenstappen. Een kleine extra inspanning of detail van jou kan hun verblijf écht bijzonder maken.

  • Je bent gemotiveerd en houdt van netheid en orde.
  • Ervaring is een plus, maar niet verplicht — wij zorgen voor opleiding en begeleiding.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar ook in team.
  • Je bent vriendelijk, betrouwbaar en komt afspraken na.
  • Je hebt een verzorgd voorkomen en een professionele houding.
  • Je hecht belang aan persoonlijke hygiëne.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands, Engels of Frans (basis is voldoende).
