Daarom zoeken wij een Schoonmaakcoördinator die het team aanstuurt, overzicht houdt én zelf meewerkt op de vloer. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze productieomgeving dagelijks voldoet aan de hoge eisen op het gebied van hygiëne, kwaliteit en veiligheid. Waar ga je je mee bezighouden? Leidinggeven aan het schoonmaakteam Je plant werkzaamheden, verdeelt taken en begeleidt collega's in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Meewerken op de vloer Je bent een echte meewerkend voorman/-vrouw en ondersteunt het team waar nodig bij de industriële schoonmaakwerkzaamheden. Kwaliteit bewaken Je controleert of werkzaamheden volgens de juiste procedures worden uitgevoerd en signaleert mogelijke verbeterpunten. Ontwikkeling van medewerkers Je voert functioneringsgesprekken en helpt medewerkers om zich verder te ontwikkelen binnen hun rol. Wie ben jij? Je bent iemand die makkelijk overzicht houdt, collega's weet mee te krijgen en kwaliteit belangrijk vindt. Daarnaast: - Heb je ervaring met industriële schoonmaak; - Heb je ervaring met het aansturen van medewerkers; - Kun je goed plannen en organiseren; - Werk je gestructureerd; - Ben je praktisch ingesteld en niet bang om zelf mee te werken.
