Schoonmaakmedewerker Flex I Zutphen - Regio Twente - Gelderland Zwolle Wat ga je doen als flex medewerker schoonmaak? Je werkt op diverse locaties binnen het werkgebied, waarbij Zutphen centraal is gelegen tussen de regio's Twente en Gelderland. Je draagt dagelijks bij aan een schone, veilige en professionele werkomgeving. Geen dag is hetzelfde; naast reguliere schoonmaakwerkzaamheden kun je ook worden ingezet voor calamiteiten en bijzondere werkzaamheden. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Schoonmaken en onderhouden van kantoor-, sanitaire en algemene ruimtes. - Zorgdragen voor een representatieve en hygiënische werkomgeving. - Uitvoeren van periodieke schoonmaakwerkzaamheden. - Oppakken van calamiteitenwerkzaamheden wanneer nodig. - Werken volgens de geldende schoonmaak- en veiligheidsrichtlijnen. Praktische informatie: Werkgebied: Regio Twente en Gelderland (Zutphen ligt centraal binnen het werkgebied) Werktijden: Tussen 07:00 en 17:00 uur (38 uur per week) Afwijkende werktijden: Flexibiliteit wordt verwacht. Werkzaamheden kunnen incidenteel buiten reguliere werktijden plaatsvinden. Werkdagen: Doordeweeks en indien nodig in het weekend Dienstverband: Parttime / flexibel inzetbaar Wat breng je mee? - Je hebt ruime ervaring in de schoonmaak. - Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een RAS Basisopleiding Schoonmaak. - Je spreekt en begrijpt de Nederlandse taal. - Je bent flexibel, communicatief vaardig en stressbestendig. - Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B. - Je bent in het bezit van een VOG of bereid deze aan te vragen. - Je staat open voor het volgen van benodigde opleidingen en cursussen. Je krijgt een contract met uiteraard een goed salaris tussen de €15,52 en €17,05 bruto per uur (afhankelijk van aantoonbare ervaring) en een goede pensioenregeling maar daarnaast hebben we nog meer te bieden: - Je wordt binnen één jaar aangemeld voor de basisvakopleiding en hebt de mogelijkheid om andere vakgerichte opleidingen te volgen...
