De organisatie maakt een stevige groei door en het einde is nog lang niet in zicht. De laatste jaren zijn miljoenen euro's geïnvesteerd in moderne productielijnen en we zijn nog niet klaar. Pally is inmiddels de grootste private label biscuit producent van West-Europa. De sfeer binnen het bedrijf is ondernemend, positief en collegiaal. Wat ga je doen? Als Schoonmaker ben je verantwoordelijk voor een schone en veilige werkomgeving voor de collega's. Jouw verantwoordelijkheid gaat van kantoor en kantine, tot aan de productie en zelfs delen van onze productielijnen. Je houdt rekening met veiligheid van je collega's door netjes te werken. Omdat Pally een Food-bedrijf is, moet alles volgens richtlijnen, en conform schoonmaak-schema's worden schoongemaakt. Dat geeft de nodige structuur. Daarnaast wordt eigen inzicht ook gewaardeerd.
