The posting

In de functie van schoonmaker in Haarlem ben je verantwoordelijk voor het schoonmaken van verschillende bedrijfslocaties. Je werkt 38 uur per week, verspreid over maandag tot en met vrijdag. De werktijden zijn van 06:00 tot ongeveer 14:00 uur. Dit geeft je een vaste structuur in je werkweek. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit het schoonmaken van kantoorruimtes, algemene ruimtes en sanitaire voorzieningen. Je werkt volgens duidelijke instructies en samen met een vast team van collega’s. Het schoonmaken gebeurt op meerdere locaties, soms zelfstandig en soms samen met collega’s. Je vult schoonmaakmiddelen aan en meldt bijzonderheden aan de teamleider. Er is veel aandacht voor kwaliteit van het schoonmaakwerk. Op een gemiddelde werkdag maak je bureaus, vloeren, toiletten en gangen schoon. Je let op hygiëne en zorgt dat alles netjes achterblijft. Door de vaste werktijden heb je duidelijkheid over je rooster. Je krijgt goede begeleiding en indien nodig een inwerktraject. Er zijn mogelijkheden om door te groeien of aanvullende opleidingen te volgen binnen het schoonmaakbedrijf. Deze functie past bij mensen die graag gestructureerd werken en waarde hechten aan een vaste werkplek. Ervaring in de schoonmaak is niet verplicht, motivatie en inzet zijn belangrijk.
