Schoonmaker Vaste Locatie Of Vlinderfunctie - Rond Gent

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Functie: Voor onze klant zoeken we een vaste conciërge/schoonmaker voor de gemeenschappelijke delen van woonunits in en rond Gent. Je werkt zelfstandig en zorgt voor nette en veilige ruimtes voor de bewoners.

Taken:

  • Schoonmaken van gemeenschappelijke ruimtes zoals traphallen, inkomhallen, liftkokers, keukens, toiletten
  • Buitenzetten van containers
  • Geen schoonmaak in privéwoningen van bewoners
  • Zorgdragen voor ordelijke en veilige gemeenschappelijke ruimtes

PROFIEL

Profiel:

  • Sociaal en contactvaardig, maar zelfstandig kunnen werken
  • Werkwillig en zelfdiscipline: prioriteiten kunnen stellen en niet verliezen in details
  • Basiservaring in schoonmaak is voldoende (bijvoorbeeld weten hoe een vloer te schuren)
  • Technisch inzicht: weten waar een zekeringkast is, een plon kunnen leggen
  • Durft grenzen te bewaken en kan omgaan met uitdagende situaties

Werktijden:

Voltijds of deeltijds

Flexibel rooster tussen 6u30 en 18u (keuzevrijheid)

0,5 of 1u pauze

Vaste Conciërge: Deel of voltijds 36u

Voor Vlinder: Nooit werken op vrijdagmiddag, voorkeur voor voltijds
