Wat vragen wij? Dat je er bent op de afgesproken tijd. Dat is het belangrijkste. Je werkt vaak alleen in het pand, dus als jij er niet bent, ziet de klant dat direct. Dat je Nederlands begrijpt op basisniveau: het werkschema lezen, instructies volgen en iets kunnen melden. Dat je zelfstandig naar het pand kunt reizen. Dat je een geldig identiteitsbewijs hebt en in Nederland mag werken. Dat je fysiek werk aankunt: je staat en loopt veel en werkt soms gebukt. Dat je netjes omgaat met sleutels en met de spullen van de klant.

Wat ga je doen? Als Medewerker Algemeen Schoonmaakonderhoud I ben je verantwoordelijk voor het schoonmaken van een (vast) pand volgens een vast schema. Je weet elke dag wat er moet gebeuren en je werkt dat zelfstandig af. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Vloeren stofwissen, moppen en vlekken weghalen. Sanitair schoonmaken en zeep, papier en handdoekjes aanvullen. Kantines, kantoren en algemene ruimtes schoonmaken. Bureaus, kasten en randen afstoffen. Prullenbakken legen en afval wegbrengen. Glas bij de entree en in binnendeuren vingerafdrukvrij houden. Je werkwagen en werkkast netjes achterlaten en op tijd melden als iets op is. Kapotte dingen, lekkages en onveilige situaties melden bij je objectleider.
