Je komt terecht in een kleinschalig schrijnwerkbedrijf waar collega's al jarenlang met plezier samenwerken en waar vertrouwen belangrijker is dan hiërarchie. Je krijgt de vrijheid om zelfstandig te werken, maar staat er nooit alleen voor. Dankzij een gevarieerd aanbod aan interieurprojecten werk je elke dag aan maatwerk waar je met trots op kunt terugkijken.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je plaatst binnendeuren, maatkasten en gyprocwanden volgens plan
  • Je voert diverse schrijnwerkopdrachten uit zoals zagen in verstek, boren, bevestigen en afwerken
  • Je werkt zelfstandig op de werf en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werken
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de klant op de werf en zorgt voor een correcte en professionele communicatie
  • Je helpt, wanneer nodig, mee in het atelier bij de voorbereiding of afwerking van maatwerk

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een kleinschalig familiebedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in interieurafwerking op maat. De focus ligt op het plaatsen van binnendeuren, maatkasten, gyprocwanden en andere hoogwaardige schrijnwerkelementen voor particuliere woningen en nieuwbouwprojecten, voornamelijk aan de Belgische kust. De zaakvoerder blijft nauw betrokken bij elke werf en ondersteunt zijn medewerkers waar nodig, van opmetingen tot technische vragen. De communicatielijnen zijn kort en iedereen wordt op dezelfde manier behandeld. Veel medewerkers werken hier al jarenlang omdat ze de combinatie van zelfstandigheid, vertrouwen en een aangename werksfeer waarderen. Hier draait het niet om snelheid alleen, maar vooral om kwaliteit, vakmanschap en tevreden klanten. Wie verantwoordelijkheid neemt en trots is op zijn werk, krijgt hier het vertrouwen en de ruimte om elke dag mooie projecten af te leveren.

  • Je bent een ervaren vakman die fier is op degelijk schrijnwerk en graag kwalitatief werk aflevert
  • Je hebt minstens vijf jaar ervaring in binnenschrijnwerk of interieurafwerking en kan zelfstandig werken
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en gaat respectvol om met klanten en collega's
