Wat ga je doen?

Als medewerker in onze productieafdeling werk je mee aan de vervaardiging van kwalitatieve houten bouwelementen voor diverse bouwprojecten. Je bent betrokken bij verschillende stappen in het productieproces en zorgt ervoor dat de onderdelen nauwkeurig worden samengesteld.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Prefab wandconstructies

  • Gereedmaken van materialen en onderdelen voor de opbouw van houten wandmodules.
  • Monteren van houten constructies met behulp van geautomatiseerde productiesystemen.
  • Op maat verzagen van plaatmateriaal en bevestigen van de platen aan de constructies.
  • Aanbrengen van isolatiematerialen volgens de opgegeven specificaties.

Vloer- en dakconstructies

  • Voorbereiden van alle benodigde componenten.
  • Samenstellen van vloer- en dakelementen met ondersteuning van moderne machines.
  • Bewerken en bevestigen van plaatmateriaal op de constructies.
  • Integreren van isolatie voor een optimale afwerking.

Balken en draagconstructies

  • Voorbereiden van houten dragende elementen.
  • Monteren, verlijmen en afwerken van balken en constructiedragers.
  • Plaatsen van isolatiemateriaal waar nodig.

Logistieke ondersteuning

  • Verplaatsen en stapelen van geproduceerde elementen met interne hijs- en transportmiddelen.
  • Verzorgen van de aanvoer van materialen met een hef- of reachtruck.
  • Gereedmaken van afgewerkte producten voor verzending.
  • Je hebt ervaring als schrijnwerker.
  • Je bent een echte aanpakker.
  • Je werkt graag in teamverband.
