The posting

Als schrijnwerker werk je mee aan uiteenlopende interieurprojecten bij particuliere klanten en in nieuwbouwwoningen, voornamelijk aan de Belgische kust. Je plaatst onder andere binnendeuren, maatkasten en gyprocwanden en zorgt voor een verzorgde afwerking. Je krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig op de werf te werken en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor je eigen taken. Tegelijk kun je rekenen op een vaste ploeg en een zaakvoerder die bereikbaar is wanneer je ondersteuning nodig hebt.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je plaatst binnendeuren, maatkasten en gyprocwanden volgens plan en je voert verschillende schrijnwerkopdrachten uit, zoals zagen in verstek, boren, monteren en afwerken
  • Je werkt zelfstandig op de werf en bewaakt de kwaliteit van je werk en je zorgt voor een nette afwerking en controleert of alles correct geplaatst is
  • Je communiceert op een professionele manier met klanten en beantwoordt praktische vragen op de werf
  • Je helpt indien nodig mee in het atelier bij de voorbereiding of afwerking van maatwerk
  • Je overlegt met de zaakvoerder of collega's wanneer je technische vragen hebt

Waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag in een kleinschalig familiebedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in interieurafwerking op maat. Het team plaatst binnendeuren, maatkasten, gyprocwanden en andere schrijnwerkelementen bij particuliere klanten en in nieuwbouwwoningen, voornamelijk aan de Belgische kust. De zaakvoerder blijft nauw betrokken bij de dagelijkse werking en ondersteunt het team waar nodig, bijvoorbeeld bij opmetingen of technische vragen. Dankzij de korte communicatielijnen kun je snel overleggen en weet je bij wie je terechtkunt. Binnen het team staan vertrouwen, samenwerking en een correcte omgang met elkaar centraal. De focus ligt op vakmanschap en tevreden klanten. Je krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken en kwalitatief resultaat af te leveren, zonder dat snelheid ten koste hoeft te gaan van de afwerking.

  • Je hebt minstens een aantal jaar ervaring in binnenschrijnwerk of interieurafwerking
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en bent trots op kwalitatief afgewerkt schrijnwerk
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk en gaat zorgvuldig om met materiaal en gereedschap
