Dit familiebedrijf in Tremelo is al meer dan 100 jaar actief in de Belgische bouw- en interieurwereld. Het bedrijf startte als een kleine glazenmakerij en groeide uit tot een specialist in maatwerk, waarbij het ambacht van generatie op generatie wordt doorgegeven met aandacht voor modernisering en innovatie. Dankzij een eigen atelier met een metaal- en houtafdeling realiseert het volledige inrichtingen, van casco tot afgewerkte ruimte. De projecten zijn uiteenlopend en gaan van bankkantoren tot maatwerk voor particulieren en bedrijven. Het bedrijf is actief in zowel Vlaanderen als Wallonië en werkt met vaste ploegen van 2 tot 4 medewerkers, afhankelijk van de zwaarte van het project. Binnen die teams staan kwaliteit, veiligheid en collegialiteit centraal, en collega’s helpen elkaar zodat je als vakman ruimte krijgt om te groeien.

Jobomschrijving

Als schrijnwerker in Tremelo werk je aan maatwerkprojecten in een atelier en op werven in heel België.

  • Je plaatst gipsmuren, werkt ze af en bezet ze met Knauf of andere materialen.
  • Je voert schrijnwerk uit in het atelier wanneer dit nodig is, afhankelijk van het project.
  • Je zet en monteert staalpanelen, interieurpanelen en (kogelwerende) wandstructuren op de werf, volgens plan.
  • Je kleeft stalen panelen af met houtplaten en werkt met metalen kokers die verankerd worden in beton en gewelven.
  • Je gebruikt een takel om panelen te heffen en te plaatsen, laadt het materiaal correct aan het einde van de werkdag en vertrekt ’s ochtends vroeg (6u) om op tijd op de werf te zijn.

Voor deze vacature als schrijnwerker in regio Tremelo voldoe je aan onderstaande vereisten.

  • Je wil aan de slag als schrijnwerker.
  • Je hebt al aantoonbare ervaring als schrijnwerker.
  • Je bent flexibel naar werven en werkuren toe.
  • Je werkt graag in een team van 2 tot 4 personen en wil vlot communiceren met collega’s.
  • Je staat open om bij te leren en nieuwe technieken aan te leren.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en met aandacht voor veiligheid op de werf.
  • Je kan omgaan met zwaardere lasten, met behulp van takels en kranen.
  • Kennis van het plaatsen van staal- of houten panelen is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent een doorzetter en levert graag kwaliteitsvol vakwerk af.

  • Iemand die flexibel omgaat met wisselende werven en werkuren, en die een vroeg vertrek (rond 6u) kan volgen.

  • Iemand die openstaat om bij te leren en nieuwe technieken wil oppikken.
