The posting

Hou je van de geur van vers hout en haal je voldoening uit puur Belgisch vakmanschap? Bij ons maken we ons houten buitenschrijnwerk – van ramen en deuren tot schuiframen – nog volledig zelf.

Je komt terecht in een hecht, ervaren en fijn team van 5 vakmensen in ons productie-atelier. Omdat we geloven in ieders unieke talenten, stemmen we het takenpakket af op jouw specifieke vaardigheden en interesses.

Wat ga je doen? Jouw takenpakket is gevarieerd en uitdagend. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring kun je ingezet worden voor:

Voorbereiding & Machinaal werk: Hout uithalen, nauwkeurig sorteren om te schaven, en het schaven zelf. Freeswerk: Bedienen van de toupiemachine voor het maken van planchetten (voor voordeuren en diverse toebehoren bij de ramen). Assemblage & Persen: Ramen verlijmen nadat ze op de CNC-machine zijn geprofileerd, en ze stevig in de pers zetten. Fijne afwerking: Het wegbeitelen van lijmresten en het opschuren van de constructies. Dit is secuur werk waar oog voor detail voor nodig is! Bankwerk (voor de expert): Het volledig afwerken van de ramen met het juiste hang- en sluitwerk (beslag). Dit is ons meest complexe werk waarvoor de nodige ervaring vereist is.

Je hebt een passie voor hout en bij voorkeur al wat relevante voorkennis of ervaring in de sector. Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook uitstekend in ons gezellige team van 5. Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en detail (half werk staat niet in jouw woordenboek). Voor de complexere taken (zoals het bankwerk) zoeken we iemand met aantoonbare ervaring, maar ook gemotiveerde instromers met een goede basis nodigen we graag uit!
