Geen knopjes duwen aan een CNC machine de hele dag.

Wel echt schrijnwerk. Maatwerk maken waar vakmanschap nog telt. Voor een gespecialiseerd interieurbedrijf in regio Wevelgem zoeken we een ervaren schrijnwerker atelier met liefde voor hout, afwerking en degelijk werk.

Dit is een job voor iemand die trots haalt uit een kast die perfect klopt. Niet voor iemand die liever de klok bekijkt dan het eindresultaat.

Functieomschrijving

Als schrijnwerker werk je mee aan kwalitatieve maatwerkprojecten voor professionele klanten. Je staat in voor het vervaardigen van interieuronderdelen en meubels in het atelier.

Je werkt met verschillende houtmaterialen en volgt technische plannen nauwkeurig op. Hierbij ligt de focus op ambachtelijk schrijnwerk en kwalitatieve afwerking. Geen repetitieve operatorfunctie dus, maar echt maatwerk waar jouw ervaring zichtbaar wordt in het eindresultaat.

Een typische werkdag?

Je start vroeg in het atelier samen met collega’s die hun vak kennen. Je bereidt onderdelen voor, monteert meubels en werkt projecten zorgvuldig af. Je denkt praktisch mee, controleert details en zorgt ervoor dat alles kwalitatief buiten gaat richting plaatsing.

Je komt terecht in een atelieromgeving waar vakkennis gewaardeerd wordt en waar mensen graag degelijk werk afleveren. Geen overbodige show. Wel fierheid op wat gebouwd wordt.

Werkuren lopen van 6u tot 15u. Vroeg starten dus, maar ook vroeg gedaan.

Vereisten

  • Ervaring als meubelmaker of schrijnwerker
  • Sterke interesse in kwalitatief maatwerk
  • Ervaring in een atelieromgeving is een grote plus
  • Technisch inzicht en oog voor detail
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken
  • Nauwkeurigheid en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Goede werkmentaliteit

Een diploma hout is mooi meegenomen. Maar iemand die echt stielkennis heeft en graag proper werk aflevert, daar zijn ze hier vooral naar op zoek.
