Als schrijnwerker bij Hogerhuis ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vervaardigen van houten meubels op maat van de hoogste kwaliteit. Je werkt nauw samen met een team van ervaren vakmensen en draagt bij aan het hele productieproces.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Vakkundig vervaardigen van interieur op maat volgens specificaties en ontwerpen.
  • Zorgen voor een nauwkeurige afwerking en kwaliteit van elk product.
  • Samenwerken met collega’s om een efficiënte en veilige werkomgeving te waarborgen.
  • Bijdragen aan de voortdurende verbetering van onze productieprocessen.
  • Handhaven van de waarden van respect, betrokkenheid, meesterschap en betrouwbaarheid in je dagelijkse werkzaamheden.

Wat wij vragen

  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring als schrijnwerker of in een soortgelijke functie.
  • Vakmanschap en oog voor detail.
  • Bekwaamheid in het werken met verschillende houtbewerkingsmachines en gereedschappen.
  • Teamspeler met goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Proactieve werkhouding en bereidheid om bij te dragen aan de groei van het bedrijf.
