Als schrijnwerker CNC speel je een belangrijke rol binnen het productieproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat houten onderdelen nauwkeurig worden voorbereid en vervaardigd voor verschillende restauratie- en renovatieprojecten.

  • Je bedient, stelt in en onderhoudt de CNC-machine.
  • Je tekent en past onderdelen aan in een CAD-programma zoals BSolid.
  • Je produceert houten onderdelen voor restauratie- en renovatieprojecten.
  • Je werkt voornamelijk met massief hout.
  • Je maakt gebogen profielen, sierlijsten, 3D-sierstukken en andere maatwerkonderdelen.
  • Je produceert ondersteunende elementen voor schrijnwerk, zoals deuren en mallen.
  • Je leest en interpreteert technische plannen en tekeningen.
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op afgewerkte stukken.
  • Je bereidt maatwerk voor dat verder verwerkt wordt door de schrijnwerkers.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega-schrijnwerkers en andere vakmensen.
  • Je werkt dagelijks vanuit het ambachtencentrum in Geel.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de vacature schrijnwerker CNC zoeken we iemand die interesse heeft in restauratieprojecten met massief hout.

  • Je hebt een basisopleiding schrijnwerkerij (TSO) gevolgd.
  • Je hebt ervaring als schrijnwerker of binnen een CNC-omgeving, of je bent gemotiveerd om dit aan te leren.
  • Je kan technische plannen en tekeningen lezen en begrijpen.
  • Je hebt kennis van een CAD-pakket.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met BSolid.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met een CNC-machine van het type Biesse Rover A.
  • Je hebt een passie voor houtbewerking en maatwerk.
