The posting

Voor een bedrijf in de regio Deinze zoeken wij een schrijnwerker voor het houtproductieatelier. De organisatie is gespecialiseerd in het maken van meubels op maat en werkt met diverse houtproducten. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verzagen, schaven en afmeten van hout, waarbij je zowel grote zaagmachines als kleinere handmachines gebruikt. Je werkt in het atelier in een vaste dagploeg, met duidelijk afgelijnde werktijden. De nadruk ligt op nauwkeurig werken, fysiek uithoudingsvermogen en een gemotiveerde houding.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je verzaagt houtproducten volgens de opgegeven maten met behulp van grote zaagmachines.
  • Je schaaf je houtonderdelen zodat ze voldoen aan de vereiste afwerking en maatvoering.
  • Je meet houtproducten nauwkeurig af zodat alle stukken correct passen in het eindproduct.
  • Je bedient grote zaagmachines en vult dit aan met het gebruik van kleinere handmachines.
  • Je voert je taken uit in het atelier, waar je dagelijks fysiek werk verricht met hout.
  • Je werkt elke dag in daguren van 07.30 uur tot 16.00 uur volgens het vast schema.

Wat vragen wij?

  • Je hebt ervaring in de houtsector of je beschikt over aantoonbare interesse en kennis van hout.
  • Je kunt reeds enige productie-ervaring voorleggen, bij voorkeur in een vergelijkbare omgeving.
  • Je schrikt niet terug voor fysiek werk en kunt dagelijks zwaardere taken uitvoeren.
  • Je werkt flexibel en kunt je goed aanpassen aan de werkzaamheden binnen het atelier.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig met houtproducten en machines en let sterk op maatvoering.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd om kwaliteitsvol werk af te leveren en langdurig mee te draaien in het team.
