Wat ga je doen? Van een werktekening naar een afgewerkt product op maat: jij zorgt mee voor het resultaat.

  • Je vervaardigt maatwerkmeubels en schrijnwerkelementen in het atelier.
  • Je werkt met CNC-machines, conventionele houtbewerkingsmachines en handgereedschap.
  • Je leest werktekeningen en vertaalt deze naar een kwalitatieve uitvoering.
  • Je denkt mee na over constructies en zoekt naar praktische oplossingen.
  • Je bewerkt verschillende houtsoorten en andere materialen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat elk onderdeel nauwkeurig wordt uitgevoerd.
  • Je besteedt aandacht aan een verzorgde en hoogwaardige afwerking.
  • Je werkt samen met een klein en ervaren atelierteam van ongeveer vijf collega's.
  • Je draagt mee verantwoordelijkheid voor een eindproduct waar zowel jij als de klant trots op kunnen zijn.

Waar ga je werken? Je werkt in een modern houtatelier aan maatwerkmeubels en hoogwaardige schrijnwerkelementen. Geen bandwerk waarbij snelheid het belangrijkste is, maar fijne projecten waarbij nauwkeurigheid, afwerking en kwaliteit primeren. Je komt terecht in een familiaal bedrijf waar de zaakvoerders dicht bij hun medewerkers staan en waar een goede sfeer belangrijk is. Er wordt geluisterd naar jouw ideeën en je krijgt de ruimte om verder te groeien in je vak. Wie ben jij? Je hoeft niet per se alles al te kennen. De juiste ingesteldheid en passie voor hout zijn minstens zo belangrijk. Je bent iemand die:

  • graag nauwkeurig en fijn werkt;
  • voldoening haalt uit kwalitatief maatwerk;
  • rustig en betrouwbaar te werk gaat;
  • verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor het eigen werk;
  • graag samenwerkt met collega's;
  • interesse heeft in nieuwe technieken en verder wil groeien;
  • trots is op een mooi afgewerkt resultaat.

Een opleiding hout is mooi meegenomen. Ervaring met houtbewerking is een pluspunt, net als kennis van conventionele machines en CNC. Je kunt werktekeningen lezen en hebt voldoende technisch inzicht om mee te denken over constructies.
