Als verantwoordelijke van onze schrijnwerkerij ben jij de spil van het atelier. Jij houdt de touwtjes stevig in handen en zorgt ervoor dat alles – van productie tot plaatsing – vlot en efficiënt verloopt. Met jouw helicopterview weet je perfect wat er speelt op de werkvloer én daarbuiten.

Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor onze toonzaalmedewerkers en schakelt vlot tussen technische plannen, klantverwachtingen en realistische deadlines. Hun input vertaal jij moeiteloos naar een haalbare en slimme planning voor het atelier.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Geen dag is hetzelfde, maar dit mag je zeker verwachten:
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van de productie- en plaatsingsplanning
  • Bewaken van deadlines, capaciteit en materiaalbeschikbaarheid
  • Knelpunten spotten vóór ze problemen worden (en ze slim oplossen)
  • Behandelen en opvolgen van interne en externe klachten
  • Meedenken over betere processen en een vlottere workflow
  • Dagelijkse leiding geven aan een team gemotiveerde schrijnwerkers

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Je bent een gestructureerde en verantwoordelijke professional met een sterk organisatorisch inzicht. Dankzij jouw ervaring in productieplanning — bij voorkeur binnen de houtsector of interieurinrichting — weet je complexe processen efficiënt te coördineren en te optimaliseren.

Je hebt ervaring in het aansturen van een team van ongeveer vijf medewerkers en weet hen op een motiverende en doelgerichte manier te begeleiden. Met jouw strategische denkwijze behoud je steeds het overzicht, ook wanneer meerdere projecten parallel lopen.

Je communiceert helder, correct en professioneel met verschillende afdelingen en fungeert vlot als verbindende schakel tussen planning, productie en uitvoering. Daarnaast ben je stressbestendig, oplossingsgericht en weet je prioriteiten te stellen in een dynamische werkomgeving.

Kennis van ERP-systemen en/of ervaring met tekenprogramma’s zoals TopSolid is een duidelijke meerwaarde, maar geen vereiste. Motivatie, leergierigheid en een hands-on mentaliteit vinden wij minstens even belangrijk.
