Als schrijnwerker kom je terecht in het productieatelier, waar vakmanschap en maatwerk centraal staan.

Je vaste werkplek bevindt zich binnen één van onze afdelingen (machinezaal, lakkerij, montage of maatwerk), maar dankzij jouw ervaring en kennis ben je ook flexibel inzetbaar binnen andere afdelingen.

Je dagen zijn boeiend en afwisselend, want:

  • Je werkt dagelijks met verschillende houtbewerkingsmachines en materialen en weet dankzij je opleiding en ervaring snel je weg te vinden. Geen dag is dus hetzelfde!
  • Je controleert de kwaliteit en kwantiteit van je werk en draagt bij aan een vlot en efficiënt productieproces.
  • Dankzij jouw oog voor detail zorg je mee voor een perfecte afwerking van elk product.
  • Heb je al ervaring als schrijnwerker? Dan krijg je de kans om jouw kennis door te geven aan schoolverlaters en nieuwe collega's en een coachende rol op te nemen.

Je werkt steeds volgens de geldende veiligheidsprocedures en draagt bij aan een veilige werkplek!

  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd OF je hebt al ervaring in een productie voor keukens en/of interieurelementen
  • Je kan zelfstandig machines instellen, bedienen en onderhouden.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met plaatmaterialen en hun toepassingen
  • Je woont bij voorkeur in de regio (Wuustwezel) en beschikt over eigen vervoer gezien de klant niet bereikbaar is met het openbaar vervoer
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed, zodat je plannen, instructies en opdrachten correct kunt uitvoeren
