Over de functie Als schuldhulpverlener bij Gemeente Rucphen ondersteun je inwoners bij het zetten van concrete stappen richting financiële stabiliteit. Je voert intakegesprekken, brengt financiële situaties in kaart en begeleidt inwoners bij het treffen van passende voorzieningen. Je werkt proactief, stelt plannen van aanpak op en schakelt de juiste partijen in om effectieve hulp te bieden. Je signaleert financiële problematiek vroegtijdig en draagt bij aan duurzame oplossingen. Wat je gaat doen - Voeren van intakegesprekken en in kaart brengen van financiële situaties van inwoners - Begeleiden van inwoners bij het stabiliseren van hun financiële situatie en het treffen van voorzieningen - Beoordelen van de hulpvraag en samen met de inwoner bepalen welke ondersteuning nodig is - Opstellen van een plan van aanpak en inzetten van vervolgstappen of vervolgtrajecten - Benaderen van klanten met betalingsachterstanden en voorkomen van oplopende schulden (Vroeg Eropaf) Functie-eisen - Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau - Aantoonbare ervaring met fase 1 van de schuldhulpverlening - Flexibel en in staat om innovatieve oplossingen in te zetten - Analytisch vermogen voor het vertalen van de hulpvraag naar een plan van aanpak Opdrachtgever Gemeente Rucphen is een kleinschalige gemeente in Noord-Brabant met circa 22.400 inwoners en ongeveer 150 medewerkers. De gemeente bestaat uit de kernen Rucphen, Schijf, Sprundel, St. Willebrord en Zegge.
