Jij bent een betrokken professional die inwoners ondersteunt bij het zetten van concrete stappen richting financiële stabiliteit. Omvang: 24 uur per week. Wat ga je doen? Je werkt binnen de financiële zorg met een proactieve aanpak en veel aandacht voor de inwoner en zijn/haar vraagstukken. Je schakelt de juiste partijen in, schat in wat nodig is en zet acties uit om passende hulpverlening te bieden. Taken die daarbij horen: - Je voert intakegesprekken en brengt de financiële situatie van inwoners zorgvuldig in kaart; - Je begeleidt inwoners bij het stabiliseren van hun financiële situatie en het treffen van passende voorzieningen; - Je beoordeelt de hulpvraag en bepaalt samen met de inwoner welke ondersteuning nodig is; - Je stelt een plan van aanpak op en zet waar nodig vervolgstappen of vervolgtrajecten in; - Je benadert klanten met betalingsachterstanden en tracht oplopende schulden te voorkomen in het kader van Vroeg Eropaf. Wie ben jij? Je bent een toegankelijke en enthousiaste collega die financiële problematiek vroegtijdig kan signaleren en inwoners begeleidt naar een duurzame oplossing. Wat breng je mee? We zoeken een ervaren schuldhulpverlener die deskundig is in fase 1 van het schuldhulpverleningstraject. Werkervaring bij een gemeente is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste; we vinden het belangrijker hoe je werkt. - Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau; - Aantoonbare ervaring met fase 1 van de schuldhulpverlening; - Flexibiliteit en de durf om nieuwe, innovatieve oplossingen in te zetten voor de klant; - Analytisch vermogen om de hulpvraag te vertalen naar een plan van aanpak. - Kandidaat voldoet aan de in de functiebeschrijving genoemde opleidingseis - Kandidaat beschikt over 1 of meer referenties - Kandidaat heeft recente werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie - Kandidaat kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken. - Kandidaat is resultaatgericht. - Kandidaat beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden. - Kandidaat b...
