Als innovatives Unternehmen im Bereich Umwelttechnik, suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams: 1 Schweißaufsicht - in der Vorfertigung Du arbeitest gerne mit Edelstahl, schätzt moderne Technik und möchtest in einem motivierten Team mitwirken? Deine Aufgaben:

* Schweißaufsicht nach EN1090 EXC2

* Überwachung, Dokumentation und Kontrolle der Qualität der Schweißarbeiten

* Mitwirkung bei der Einhaltung der relevanten Normen, Vorschriften und gesetzlichen Anforderungen

* Unterstützung bei schweißtechnischen Abweichungen, Fehleranalysen und Festlegung von Korrekturmaßnahmen

* Verantwortung für Schweißgeräte, Schweißzubehör und Verbrauchsmaterialien

* Verantwortung für die Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Nachbearbeitung von Audits im Bereich: ISO 9001 / EN1090 / EN ISO 3834

* Unterstützung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung + Werkstattplanung (Abstimmung mit Konstruktions- und Laserschneidabteilung)

* Unterstützung in der Entwicklung und Durchsetzung von Arbeitsprozesse (ERP)

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Metalltechnik oder Schweißtechnik

* Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Schweißtechnik und Metallverarbeitung

* Geeignete Qualifikation als Schweißaufsichtsperson nach EN ISO 14731 für EN 1090 / EXC2

* Gute Kenntnisse in EN 1090, EN ISO 3834 und ISO 9001

* Verständnis für Arbeitsvorbereitung, Werkstattplanung und ERP-Prozesse

* Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit Qualitätsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsvermögen
