Werden Sie Mitarbeiter/in in der Heiztechnik Erlebniswelt von Hargassner. Die Zukunft des Heizens steht ganz eindeutig im Zeichen der CO²-neutralen Biomasse. Wir entwickeln Heiztechnologie für Hackgut und Pellets mit dem Ziel:

- umweltfreundlichstes Heizen

- mit höchstem Bedienkomfort

- niedrigsten Heizkosten.

Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir 1 Schweißer/in Du bist von Natur aus Schweißer/in (m/w/d) mit Leidenschaft und legst Wert auf präzises Arbeiten? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! In unserer Schweißerei fertigst du hochwertige Schweißbaugruppen für unsere Biomasse-Heizkessel. Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich nach technischen Zeichnungen, führst Schweißarbeiten mit hoher Sorgfalt durch und stellst durch deine Qualitätskontrollen sicher, dass unsere hohen Fertigungsstandards eingehalten werden.

Natürlich DU

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Schweißer/in oder ähnliche Qualifikationen

* Gültige Schweißzertifikate nach DIN EN ISO 9606-1 ab 2mm

* Berufserfahrung im MAG-Schweißen

* Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Schweißnahtsymbolen

* Selbstständige, sorgfältige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit und Flexibilität

* Solide Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Selbstständige Durchführung von Heft- und MAG-Schweißarbeiten

* Zusammenbau und Verschweißen von Baugruppen nach technischen Zeichnungen und Arbeitsanweisungen

* Vorbereitende Arbeiten wie Rüstung des Arbeitsplatzes und Schweißnahtvorbereitung

* Eigenständige Qualitätskontrolle und Nachbearbeitung der Schweißverbindungen

* Buchung und Rückmeldung von Fertigungsaufträgen im ERP-System

* Einhaltung der Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Fertigungsstandards

Das Mindestgehalt beträgt bei einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung € 2.571,94 brutto pro Monat basierend auf 14 Gehältern jährlich. Abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine individuelle gehaltliche Anpassung möglich.
