Für den Fertigungs- und Montagestandort in Lengau suchen wir erfahrene und engagierte Schweißer:innen. In dieser Position übernimmst du die Verantwortung für das Schweißen komplexer Baugruppen und arbeitest an modern ausgestatteten Schweißarbeitsplätzen.

Gehalt:

Kollektivvertragliches Mindestgehalt EUR 3095,28 brutto monatlich. Überzahlung auf Grund von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.

Das sind deine Aufgaben als Schweißer:in:

- Selbstständiges Heften, Schweißen und Zusammenbauen von Schweißbaugruppen nach Montagezeichnung und Arbeitsanweisung

- MAG Schweißen und Heften von Kranbauteilen

- Sichtprüfung der gefertigten Stahlbaukomponenten hinsichtlich Qualität und Maßgenauigkeit

- Wartung und Pflege von Schweißstromquellen, Werkzeugen und Arbeitsmitteln

- Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten unter Einhaltung von Sicherheits und Qualitätsvorgaben

Das bringst du mit:

- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre oder Fachschule) sowie praktische Erfahrung in der Blechverarbeitung, idealerweise im MAG-Schweißen

- solide Deutschkenntnisse laut Europäischen Referenzrahmen auf Level B2

- Kenntnisse in der Verarbeitung von Feinkornbaustählen und gültige Schweißzertifikate nach ISO 9606 1 von Vorteil

- Zuverlässige und präzise Arbeitsweise nach Fertigungs- und Montageplänen unter Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards

- Eigenständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Interesse an ständiger Prozessverbesserung und persönlicher Weiterentwicklung

- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schichtbetrieb
