Was werden Sie tun?

Als Handschweißer(m/w/d) spielen Sie eine wichtige Rolle bei der Herstellung hochwertiger Metallfundamente für die Offshore-Industrie.

Ihre Arbeit muss den höchsten Qualitätsanforderungen entsprechen – und dafür erhalten Sie alle notwendigen Mittel und Unterstützung!

Sie beginnen mit einer gründlichen Einarbeitung, in der Sie vollständig nach den Standards unseres Auftraggebers geschult werden.

Dabei erwerben Sie unternehmensspezifische Zertifikate, damit Sie selbstständig und sicher arbeiten können.

In dieser abwechslungsreichen Position arbeiten Sie in einem modernen Unternehmen mit internationaler Ausrichtung und in einem angenehmen 3-Schicht-System.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Schweißarbeiten anhand klarer Anweisungen und technischer Zeichnungen

• Überprüfung, ob Ihre Arbeit den höchsten Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsanforderungen entspricht

• Schleifen und Nachbearbeiten von Produkten

• Schweißen von unterschiedlichen Stählen und Schweißverfahren

• Mitdenken über Verbesserungen innerhalb des Teams und des Produktionsprozesses

Wir erwarten:

• Sie haben Erfahrung oder Affinität zur Metallbearbeitung

• Sie verfügen über ein gültiges Schweißzertifikat (z. B. 111, 135, 136 oder 138)

• Erfahrung mit Laufkränen, Lorries oder anderen Transportmitteln ist von Vorteil

• Sie haben ein VCA-Zertifikat – oder sind bereit, dieses über uns zu erwerben

• Sie sprechen gut Deutsch oder Englisch oder Niederländisch

• Sie sind flexibel in Tag-, Nachmittags- und Nachtschichten einsetzbar

Wir bieten:

• Netto-Anfangsgehalt zwischen 3.000 € und 3.400 € pro Monat einschließlich Schichtzulage

• Fahrtkostenzuschuss von 0,23 € pro Kilometer

• Maßgeschneiderte Schulung und Betreuung, einschließlich Zertifizierungen

• Arbeit in einem ambitionierten, internationalen Team bei einem führenden Offshore-Unternehmen

• Niederländischer Arbeitsvertrag über Odin Jobs, anschließend Übernahme durch SIF
