Jouw impact

Binnen het team Dissolution Sciences maak je deel uit van de Global Analytical Development organisatie. Je ondersteunt de ontwikkeling van innovatieve geneesmiddelen door het ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van dissolutie- en afgiftemethoden voor verschillende toedieningsvormen.

Je combineert wetenschappelijke expertise met hands-on laboratoriumwerk en werkt nauw samen met collega's uit verschillende disciplines en internationale locaties.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Ontwerpen, plannen en uitvoeren van dissolutiestudies voor nieuwe geneesmiddelen.
  • Ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van dissolutie- en in vitro releasemethoden.
  • Ondersteunen van biopharmaceutische strategieën om in vitro data te vertalen naar voorspellingen van blootstelling bij patiënten.
  • Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van klinisch relevante QC-methoden en specificaties.
  • Meewerken aan initiatieven rond laboratoriumautomatisering.
  • Verdiepen van het mechanistisch inzicht in dissolutieprocessen.
  • Toepassen van data-analyse en modelleringsmethoden om wetenschappelijke inzichten verder uit te bouwen.
  • Samenwerken met experts uit formulatieontwikkeling, farmaceutische wetenschappen, klinische farmacologie, kwaliteit en regulatory affairs.
  • Opstellen en reviewen van technische en wetenschappelijke documentatie.
  • Vertegenwoordigen van het Dissolution Sciences team in internationale en cross-functionele projecten.

Wie ben jij?

Je beschikt over:

  • Een PhD in Farmaceutische Wetenschappen, Farmacie, Biomedische Wetenschappen of een relevante richting

of

  • Een masterdiploma aangevuld met minstens 2 jaar relevante werkervaring.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt een sterke wetenschappelijke nieuwsgierigheid en leert snel nieuwe technieken en concepten.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt initiatief.
  • Je voelt je thuis in multidisciplinaire teams.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Kennis van Nederlands is een plus of je bent bereid dit verder te ontwikkelen.
