Verpleegkundig Specialist MDL (in opleiding) Dit wordt je nieuwe baan Ben jij een ambitieuze Verpleegkundig Endoscopist of Verpleegkundig Specialist die zich wil ontwikkelen tot scopiëerend Verpleegkundig Specialist binnen de MDL-zorg? Binnen de vakgroep MDL van VieCuri Medisch Centrum zijn wij op zoek naar een Verpleegkundig Specialist (in opleiding). In deze functie combineer je werkzaamheden op de polikliniek MDL met een belangrijke rol binnen het Endoscopiecentrum. Het leren en uitvoeren van scopieën vormt hierin een onderscheidend en aantrekkelijk onderdeel van je werk. Je draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van de MDL zorg en werkt binnen een patiëntengroep met aandacht voor colorectale poliepen, T1-carcinomen, familiaire poliepsyndromen en erfelijke vormen van darmkanker. Dit maakt de functie inhoudelijk uitdagend, veelzijdig en sterk ontwikkelingsgericht. Als Verpleegkundig Specialist (in opleiding) werk je op de polikliniek MDL en begeleid je patiënten met onder andere colorectale poliepen, T1-carcinomen, familiaire poliepsyndromen en erfelijke vormen van darmkanker. Wat ga je o.a. doen: - Je beoordeelt en bespreekt diagnostiek; - Je stelt vervolgbeleid op en begeleidt patiënten gedurende hun zorgtraject; - Je hebt een actieve rol in het multidisciplinair overleg rondom complexe colorectale poliepen. Je bereidt het overleg voor, verzamelt en bespreekt relevante patiëntgegevens, zit het overleg voor en bewaakt de gemaakte behandelafspraken; - Daarnaast draag je bij aan de ontwikkeling van de MDL- en endoscopische zorg. Je krijgt ruimte om deel te nemen aan wetenschappelijk en praktijkgericht onderzoek; - In je ontwikkeling als Verpleegkundig Specialist bouw je aan je professioneel leiderschap en aan de positionering van de verpleegkundig specialist binnen de endoscopische zorg.
