In deze rol als Scrum Master neem jij het voortouw bij het optimaliseren van de agile werking binnen twee geografisch verspreide ontwikkelteams. Jouw dag draait om het heruitvinden en finetunen van methodieken in een context waar AI-ontwikkelaars actief meeschrijven aan code.

  • Faciliteren van agile ceremonies waarbij je traditionele structuren slim aanpast aan continue, asynchrone workflows van AI-agents.
  • Coachen van developers in hun transformerende rol van codeerders naar strategische supervisors van geautomatiseerde pipelines.
  • Herdefiniëren van metrics en story estimations zodat de unieke snelheid en output van autonome tools correct worden weerspiegeld.
  • Samenwerken met Product Owners om backlogs zo te structureren dat ze glashelder zijn voor zowel mens als machine.
  • Wegnemen van infrastructurele en technische blokkades om een ongestoorde doorstroom van features te garanderen.
  • Stimuleren van een experimentele cultuur waarin het team voortdurend leert en de nieuwste engineering-principes omarmt.

Profiel

Om deze rol tot een succes te maken, zoeken we een Scrum Master die comfortabel navigeert door snelle verandering en niet blind vasthoudt aan theoretische handboeken.

  • Ervaring met agile coaching binnen complexe softwareomgevingen, bij voorkeur in een B2B- of enterprise-context.
  • Praktisch inzicht in moderne softwareontwikkeling en een gezonde nieuwsgierigheid naar hoe AI-agents ontwikkelprocessen transformeren.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels en Nederlands, gecombineerd met natuurlijk leiderschap en sterke overtuigingskracht.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een vlotte facilitator met een hands-on mentaliteit die teams moeiteloos verbindt over landsgrenzen heen.
  • Je hebt genoten van een Master opleiding.
