Intersoft Electronics versnelt zijn Agile-transformatie en is op zoek naar een ervaren Scrum Master om meerdere Scrum-teams te ondersteunen en Scrum binnen de hele organisatie te verankeren als een duurzame manier van werken. De Scrum Master zal een sleutelrol spelen bij het coachen van teams, het faciliteren van Scrum-evenementen, het wegnemen van belemmeringen en het bevorderen van een cultuur van voortdurende verbetering.

Jouw missie:

Als Scrum Master ben je verantwoordelijk voor het promoten van Scrum binnen het bedrijf en het ondersteunen van ongeveer zes Scrum-teams die actief zijn in een complexe productontwikkelingsomgeving met software, firmware, elektronica, mechanica, systeemtechniek en productmanagement.

Je treedt op als dienend leider, coach, facilitator en change agent, waarbij je teams helpt hun effectiviteit te verbeteren en tegelijkertijd de bredere Agile-transformatie ondersteunt.

Je verantwoordelijkheden: Ondersteuning van Scrum-teams

  • Fungeren als Scrum Master voor ongeveer zes Scrum-teams.
  • Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews en Sprint Retrospectives faciliteren.
  • Ervoor zorgen dat Scrum door alle teams wordt begrepen en correct wordt toegepast.
  • Teams ondersteunen bij het zelfstandig en crossfunctioneel werken.
  • Teams helpen hun werkwijzen continu te verbeteren.
  • Belemmeringen en organisatorische obstakels wegnemen die de teamprestaties beïnvloeden.

Agile coaching en transformatie

  • Agile-waarden, Scrum-principes en continue verbetering binnen de hele organisatie bevorderen.
  • Product Owners, ontwikkelaars en belanghebbenden coachen op het gebied van Scrum-praktijken.
  • Leidinggevenden en het management ondersteunen bij het invoeren van Agile-werkwijzen.
  • Workshops, trainingssessies en initiatieven ter bewustmaking van Agile faciliteren.
  • Actief bijdragen aan het voortdurende Agile-transformatieproces.

Processen & Tools

  • Scrum-processen binnen alle teams onderhouden en verbeteren.
  • Het effectieve gebruik van Jira ondersteunen voor backlogbeheer, planning, transparantie en rapportage.
  • Product Owners helpen bij het onderhouden van goed gestructureerde productbacklogs.
  • Helpen bij het opzetten van Agile-metrics en rapportagepraktijken.

Essentiële kwalificaties

  • Professionele Scrum Master-certificering (minimaal PSM I).
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Scrum Master.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met het gelijktijdig ondersteunen van meerdere Scrum-teams.
  • Sterke vaardigheden op het gebied van faciliteren, coachen en dienend leiderschap.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en vaardigheden op het gebied van stakeholdermanagement.
  • Praktische ervaring met Jira en Agile-tools.

Gewenste ervaring

  • PSM II of een gelijkwaardige geavanceerde Scrum-certificering.
  • Ervaring in Scrum Management
  • Ervaring met het Spotify-model, LeSS, SaFe of een gelijkwaardige schaalbare Scrum-aanpak
  • Ervaring met het ondersteunen van Agile-transformaties in technische organisaties.
  • Ervaring in complexe productontwikkelingsomgevingen met betrekking tot: Hardwareontwikkeling Elektronica-engineering Werktuigbouwkunde Firmware-ontwikkeling Ontwikkeling van embedded software Systeemengineering

  • Sterke vaardigheden op het gebied van people management en coaching.
  • Het vermogen om invloed uit te oefenen zonder formele autoriteit.
  • Sterke vaardigheden op het gebied van conflictoplossing en faciliteren.

  • Het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met zowel ingenieurs als het management.
