Waarom is dit jouw job: Als Scrum Master begeleid je teams die een centrale rol spelen in de ontwikkeling van AI binnen een innovatieve en snel veranderende omgeving. Je brengt rust en structuur in een dynamisch speelveld waar experimenteren en innovatie centraal staan. Je werkt nauw samen met diverse specialisten en helpt hen groeien naar een resultaatgerichte en zelforganiserende manier van werken. Je draagt bij aan het vinden van de juiste balans tussen innovatie, kwaliteit en voorspelbaarheid. Zo maak je impact op de toekomstbestendigheid van complexe IT-oplossingen. Achtergrond opdracht: De opdracht vindt plaats binnen een organisatie die een vitale rol vervult in de energietransitie door te investeren in een toekomstbestendig energienet. Binnen het Data Office zijn drie teams actief die de regie voeren over AI-initiatieven en de afstemming tussen businessbehoeften, AI-ontwikkeling en strategische besluitvorming verzorgen. Het doel is om AI-ontwikkelingen te coördineren, prioriteren en verbinden binnen de gehele organisatie, zodat deze bijdragen aan slimme en veilige oplossingen. Taakomschrijving: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het faciliteren van Agile processen en het coachen van teams bestaande uit AI-engineers, data scientists, developers en productmanagers. Je analyseert teamperformance aan de hand van relevante metrics, maakt knelpunten inzichtelijk en ontwikkelt samen met de teams gerichte verbeterplannen. Daarnaast stimuleer je een cultuur van continu leren, experimenteren en verbeteren en werk je samen met andere Scrum Masters en stakeholders om Agile werken binnen het Data Office verder te professionaliseren. De eisen zijn knock-outcriteria. Eisen: - Je hebt minimaal hbo werk en denkniveau. - Je hebt de Nederlandse taal machtig te zijn op minimaal niveau C1 in woord en geschrift. - Je hebt minimaal vier jaar ervaring als Scrum Master of Agile Coach. - Je hebt relevante Agile-certificeringen, zoals PSM1. - Je hebt ...
