Of het nu gaat om het begeleiden van sprintplanningen, het oplossen van impediments, of het coachen van teamleden in Agile principes, jij weet raad. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten efficiënt en effectief verlopen en dat teams continu verbeteren. Wat ga je doen? - Faciliteren van Agile ceremonies zoals sprintplanningen, stand-ups, retrospectives en reviews. - Coachen van teams en individuele leden in Agile principes en best practices. - Identificeren en verwijderen van obstakels die de voortgang van het team belemmeren. - Samenwerken met Product Owners en andere stakeholders om de productbacklog te optimaliseren. - Monitoren van teamprestaties en stimuleren van een cultuur van continue verbetering.
