Your role Hoe houd jij Nederland aan? Als Scrum Master Energy Systems - Power ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten samenwerken en continu verbeteren van teams die werken aan het in balans zijn van ons energiesysteem en het verbonden zijn binnen Europa met andere partijen. Nederland kan daardoor blijven rekenen op betrouwbare, betaalbare en duurzame energie. Je komt te werken in het Power team, bestaande uit twee teams en ongeveer 20 medewerkers. Als Scrum Master ondersteun je de teams in het effectief organiseren van hun werk en het continu verbeteren van hun samenwerking en performance. Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden: - Coachen van de DevOps teams op samenwerking, eigenaarschap en continue verbetering. - Stimuleren van een DevOps mindset en effectieve samenwerking met stakeholders. - Faciliteren van de Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review en Retrospective). - Ondersteunen bij het identificeren en oplossen van impediments. - Bewaken en verbeteren van de Agile werkwijze binnen de teams. - Ondersteunen van SAFe-activiteiten zoals PI Planning en afstemming binnen de ART (indien van toepassing). - Ondersteunen bij het plannen en prioriteren van werkzaamheden in een beheer- en ontwikkelcontext.
