Als Scrum Master binnen Data Insurance combineer je agile coaching met peoplemanagement. Je helpt je team om vlotter samen te werken, verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en continu te verbeteren. Tegelijk ben je de hiërarchisch leidinggevende van je team en zorg je voor duidelijke richting, ontwikkeling en betrokkenheid. Je werkt in een complexe omgeving op het kruispunt van business, data en IT. De teams binnen Data Insurance ontwikkelen en beheren datagedreven toepassingen voor onder meer rapportering, analyse en besluitvorming. Daarbij moeten snelheid en innovatie voortdurend in balans zijn met vereisten rond governance, security, risico en regelgeving. Als Scrum Master creëer je de structuur en dynamiek die het team nodig heeft om binnen die context goed te presteren. Je coacht medewerkers en stakeholders, maakt obstakels bespreekbaar en helpt het team evolueren naar meer zelforganisatie en ownership.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je geeft leiding aan je team en coacht je medewerkers in hun persoonlijke en professionele ontwikkeling. Je creëert een omgeving waarin mensen verantwoordelijkheid opnemen, samenwerken en blijven verbeteren.
  • Je faciliteert Scrum-events zoals sprintplanning, teamafstemmingen, sprintreviews en retrospectives en zorgt ervoor dat ze bijdragen aan een betere werking van het team.
  • Samen met de Product Owner werk je aan een heldere en haalbare backlog. Je bewaakt daarbij de teamdynamiek, faciliteert de samenwerking en helpt prioriteiten scherp te stellen.
  • Je detecteert obstakels die de voortgang van het team belemmeren en helpt om organisatorische, procesmatige of governancegerelateerde blokkades weg te nemen.
  • Je helpt het team om agile-principes toe te passen binnen de volledige levenscyclus van oplossingen, van intake en ontwikkeling tot risicobeheersing, implementatie en beheer.
  • Je stimuleert de principes van Agile en SAFe en neemt daarin zelf een voorbeeldrol op.
  • Je zorgt voor transparantie en een goede samenwerking tussen business, data en IT.
  • Je daagt je team en stakeholders constructief uit en helpt hen om kritisch naar werkwijzen, keuzes en prioriteiten te kijken.
  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma en relevante ervaring als Scrum Master, Agile Coach of in een vergelijkbare rol.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen en coachen van mensen en weet hoe je ook in een uitdagende teamcontext duidelijkheid, vertrouwen en verantwoordelijkheid creëert.
  • Je kent Agile en Scrum grondig en bent vertrouwd met de principes van SAFe.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een complexe en gereguleerde omgeving waarin wendbaarheid moet samengaan met governance, risico en compliance.
  • Je bent een sterke facilitator en communicator. Je luistert, brengt verschillende standpunten samen en durft mensen op een constructieve manier uit te dagen.
  • Je kan complexe situaties analyseren, opties kritisch tegen elkaar afwegen en tot duidelijke keuzes komen.
  • Je beschikt over voldoende technische en IT-affiniteit om de context van je team te doorgronden en inhoudelijk mee te denken.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een data-, analytics- of IT-gedreven omgeving. Ervaring met softwareontwikkeling, risicobeheer of compliancegerichte frameworks is een plus.
  • Je communiceert vlot en helder in het Nederlands en Engels.
